Weekend Update

I had another PT appointment today. It was a good. I can already tell the positive changes. Today we added weights. Yesterday I had the migraine from hell. Complete with . I have to say that the Fruity Cheerios are pretty good on the way down, but on the way back up is a whole other story indeed. It came on suddenly, too. I was reading journals and started feeling quezzy and then suddenly I had to toss the laptop in Keith's lap and race to the bathroom. I got there just in time. I also had a little white dog following me and quite interested in the whole process. Keith had to finally call her out of the bathroom so I could throw up in peace. Today is sunny for the 3rd day in a row, but it's chilly. I'm afraid that fall is around the corner. I have my mammogram and my bone density at 11am this morning. I've been going back and forth from "what if" to "it's nothing". I've been able to stay more on the "it's nothing" side this time around, but there's still that little part of me that wonders......
