1st Adoption Info Meeting
We attending WACAP's adoption info meeting tonight. Learned a lot. I think K is changing his mind about our agency again. *sigh* It's definately narrowed down to WACAP or Great Wall China Adoption. We invited MIL to go along and she thought is was very interesting. I think she finally gets the picture about the baby bonding with us first. She indicated that she might go the next time to help with our first baby while we bond with our second. This adoption is going to be instrumental in helping me stay focused on my goal (pain free with a baby in my arms). It may well be what keeps me from getting too depressed about finality of having my hysterectomy. I just wish I could have a baby in my arms NOW instead of a year from now. Dear Lord, please keep your hand of protect around our baby and her mother. Please help us to be strong in the wait. Rhonda

you both will need to figure out which agency feels like it is the best fit for you; it's not easy, I know.
and the grandmoms here had to get used to the idea of not getting their hands on Luke right away too!
