Day 8 Post Surgery

I went to work yesterday for a 1/2 day and then slept all afternoon. Woke up today with a fever and flu symptoms, so stayed home and slept all day. Also POAS on a HPT and got a BFN. So I've also cried a lot today. K and I talked this evening and think that with the holidays coming up, I might deal better with a few sessions with my counselor. I'm dreading what used to be my favorite holiday. I'm going to give her a call tomorrow. My throat is doing much much better. I haven't needed and "good stuff" today, just OTC stuff on schedule. I'm starting to gag at the taste of liquid Motrin.
